Receptionist are very welcome and friendly. The room was very clean. Hotel is a little old but I think is fair for the price. I stayed one night with my daughter and we had a good rest and felt pleased with the service and kindness.

Not a bad option.
Average hotel with friendly staff. EV charging is for 1 car but they do have 2 spots so when 1 is done you can start charging your car. Also, parking is underground and secure. The beds are a bit hard and pillows flat but the location is good and again as I mentioned, staff is very friendly.

COMPUTER & EARBUDS STOLEN FROM ROOM--LIKELY STAFF
Computer STOLEN out of my room along with two pair of Apple earbuds. I was out of my room for approximately 30 minutes for breakfast. During that time, my room was entered and my laptop and earbuds were STOLEN. I did not realize until I was at my next destination and called the hotel immediately. There is zero possibility that the theft occurred at any other time. ZERO. I cannot imagine a scenario where this was not orchestrated by staff, however, that part I cannot prove. (I suppose someone could have scaled the outside wall and come through the window on the SECOND FLOOR with no balcony or outer window sill, James Bond-style. You can decide if that seems likely.) I called the hotel several times with no response from the owner. Legitimately feels like a racket.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good location. But the room looked no way near what was displayed at the advertise. Quite dard, no balcony and a canopy that couldn't be retracted. A cuite narrow space for hanging coats etc and only 1 shelf to put your close on. So all in all not an impressive hotel

Although this is firmly a 3-star hotel in terms of the rooms, etc., it is in the very top of that category. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, everything was clean and neat, and the room furnishing were tasteful and high-quality. There were those nice things like hooks and places to put things that makes a room feel like it was made for inhabiting and that someone had taken the time to think about how someone would actually use the room. Location was great, terrace was lovely, perfect place to stay if you're in town for a few days.

The hotel is located in a great location which is a 10 minute walk to the city center. It also located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The rooms were nice with a mini bar. No iron in the room but this may be more of a normal thing as I am not a seasoned traveler. The staff were always friendly and welcoming and the cafe in the morning was always our first stop to fuel up for the day. If returning to the area I would choose Hotel Ulysse for sure.

There is such a genuine warmth to everyone at the hotel. It makes everything special. The sheets are crisp and fresh cotton. The rooms are very nice and the entire experience exceeds what one expects at the price. One of the best.

This hotel is nice and quiet with superb service. It is a short walk to the center of Montpellier and to the tram. Our room and bathroom was more spacious than most hotels we have experienced in this area. I would definitely stay at this location again!

Ideally situated for city centre
An independently-owned hotel with secure underground parking in a quiet location within a ten-minute walk to all the facilities of the buzzing city centre. All the staff we met were delightful, making guests feel like individuals and offering useful information about local facilities. The location is a little hard to find, being tucked away in a residential area, although there are helpful signs on the approaches. Follow these rather than your satnav if you're driving! The outlook from the rooms is not particularly impressive, but internally they are well equipped, spacious and scrupulously clean. Buffet breakfast, while a little on the expensive side, is excellent and platters are continuously renewed. All in all, a thoroughly professionally run establishment which deserves to prosper.

The service was amazing!! All the staff was very helpful, friendly and polite. The location is not fantastic but adequate ... it is quite and it is pretty close to the public transportation and the tourist area without being in the tourist area. Unfortunately in seems like there are mosquitos and people have kill them on the walls and they have not been cleaned from the walls but other ways it is kept well.

Nice place, lively staff, great location.
Lovely welcome and helpful information about layout of historic centre of Montpellier, sympa places to eat. Very good shower. Lift to both upper storeys and basement. Nice quiet area but very handy for short walk into centre. Didn't have breakfast as a bit steep at 13 euros. As it was Sunday we could park on the street for free. Parking would otherwise have been approx 13 euros in the basement, more on the street.

Perfect little hotel right outside the old town.
This hotel was perfectly situated especially since they had parking. The staff was incredibly helpful and so nice. The room was clean and simple. We'd definitely return.

Comfortable place
The morning staff member was very helpful and researched trams times for me to get to the bus station. Room was clean and had a lovely spa bath. Close walk to town centre and tram stop.

Excellent choice.
We were very pleased with this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean, and the area is quiet but close to the center. We got a very good rate for our room. Breakfast is not included in the price.

Convenient hotel around local residential estate
This is a great small local hotel so near to the old town of Montpellier with just a short walk of 10mins to Polygone and Corum. The reception was so friendly and helpful and always a delight to have her around. The only thing we were too pleased was the cleaner was visibly upset one day when my wife asked if she could have another hour for her to finish her work before the cleaner comes clean the room and that was around 2pm. We left the room within 10-15 mins thereafter and I smiled at her but she was rather upset . Room has always been very clean and today however

Small comfortable hotel
Small, comfortable hotel in a quiet neighbourhood not far from the old city. Not much happening around the hotel itself but it's 5 mins walk to tram stops and 10 mins into the old city. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel has parking, a major factor in picking it over others cloder to the sights.
