Owner knows there is an issue using the code to the front door but we got the garage code quickly once we reached out to them. Not sure that 12 people could stay, maybe 10, but definitely a nice location. We're able to walk to the lake and restaurants safely and easily, only took about 10-15 minutes. Great for the one night we stayed, but would have been comfortable there for a longer stay. "
