"Very spacious apartement just outside the town Montottone. Lots of privacy, three bedrooms with en suite baths, convenient! The kitchen could be somewhat better equiped is my only ‘less positive’ remark. So we had a wonderful 3 days in Casa Tittie"

"The pool and outside area were lovely and well maintained, the interior of the house is all in working condition however the kitchen area, bathrooms and sofas were a bit dated could do with a refresh. The swimming pool is a lovely size and the spacious garden is extremely well-equipped with chaise-longues, comfortable garden chairs and tables to sit or eat at, in sun or shade. "We had an amazing time in Carlo's villa as a family of 11 adults. It has lots of facilities to make for a relaxing week. The rooms were very comfortable. Carlo was very friendly and communicative and helped us settle in and book a couple of excursions. The beach sunbeds were also great. Miguel cooked for us during the week. He is an exceptionally talented cook and was very accommodating of our varied preferences across the group. We hope very much to return one day :-)"
