"Mala experiencia. Nos cobran por un apto que ya estaba reservado y ocupado y nos quedamos en la calle 4 horas, con 2 niños. Cuando conseguimos averiguar un tfno donde comunicarnos con alguien, nos van pasando de operadores y al final 55 minutos de espera. Sin contestacion ninguna. Tuvimos que buscar otro apto alli mismo. No recomendamos Vrbo para todavía no nos han devuelto el dinero,y todavía estamos esperando una solucion por parte de Vrbo."
