They accommodated us even when we were checking out and stored our luggage while we waited to check into our new destination. We were even given little goodie bags. It is important to note that there are several flights of stairs from the parking area up to the villa. So anyone having mobility issues would be problematic. You should also be aware of the number of stairs to negotiate bringing luggage into the Villa! However the pool was great & Boccheggiano is a quaint village located on a hilltop with a great pizza restaurant."
