"I treated myself to a stay for my birthday!! The hotel is in a great area, was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hot tub and sauna were amazing!! I definitely recommend and will be staying again. "

"The Kimpton Santo in San Antonio was a beautiful hotel inside and out that was very clean. The staff at the Kimpton were very friendly and accomodating. Entire hotel smelled great and the beds were super comfortable in the room. We loved that the hotel was very pet friendly. In addition to it be very accommodating for pets, there was no additional charge. (We brought our rottweiler and he loved it.) Hotel is close to everything in a very safe area. Only a 10 minute walk to the Riverwalk, Alamo, and Convention Center. Amenities were great! We had breakfast each day there and it was delicious at their nice Dean's Steak Restaurant. They provided an hour social hour that offered complimentary wine. We greatly enjoyed this while sitting in the nice courtyard. Rooftop pool and bar was nice and I had a great workout on the 10th floor also with a great view. Lastly, with the destination fee San Antonio charges, they compensated guests with daily discounts for the store, restaurant, and spa. Only feedback I would share for improvement is the valet parking is expensive $56 a day and the spa next door at Plaza Hotel was subpar. Beautiful spa, but service was not at level it should have been for such a nice hotel. "
