The entire check in process was horrible! 1) was on hold for 25 minutes before a callback of 3 people ahead of us. 2) front desk person lied and said they did not have any rooms with 2 beds. The place was almost empty and I then booked it on Expedia for about $100 less. 3) bartender was nice and talkative 4) at 9 pm there were about 6 bags of laundry by our hotel room door. What an eyesore! 5) hotel coffee shop ignored my brother for 10 minutes while 4 waitresses chatted. This place appears NOT to want to make money. It’s sad because it was a very nice hotel. Why don’t they want to rent rooms?? Sad more workers than guests… weird!

Limited dining options. No dine in breakfast choice. Rooms have no microwaves you must pay $35/daily to get one.

The hotel and amenities, casino, staff are all fantastic. The resort basically has its own exit and is very easy to get to.

Check in was 4pm. We couldn't check in because told no double rooms available. Went back at 5 and was given a handicap room which was at other end of hall farthest from elevator with a sister who is going through chemo for cancer and requested frequently for as close to elevator as possible. Told by supervisor no rooms available althogh it was a teusday and parking lot empty. They kept bringing up about my booking with Expedia as if that mattered. Very strange but wont be staying here again or booking with Expedia as there seems to be a stigma associated with this site. Very rude front desk

Our Team strives to always accommodate all of our guests but on that particular day we were almost sold out as we had a few large groups in-house. We always suggest that you call prior to your stay and ask for any special requests get added to your stay and our team will do the best to accommodate you.

Our room Was absolutely beautiful! Fabulous view Spacious bathroom Very clean Very polite housekeeping Easy check in With very helpful staff The pool area is inviting clean plenty of lounge chairs The gym had enough equip Loved happy hour with D.J Lotus restaurant had great food and staff Steak house great waiter Tim Appetizers very good Main course duck dry not very good Great side dishes The spa is over priced Hair wash and dry list for 30.00 because she used hot iron it was 90.00 with no heads up! Gratuity is auto added Hairdresser never mentioned it and took the cash before I checked out! Only Tim and the waitress in the diner told us!! I look forward to going back but not the steak house or spa

King suite on 18th floor was great. Nice view with no obstructions. Water pressure was a bit low. Bathroom was huge, my only gripe was one small section in the shower that needed cleaning. Otherwise room was clean, quiet floor. Had dinner at Lotus and Cellaio, both meals were pricey, but really good. Staff was friendly. Not much to do if you're not gambling 24/7 though, spa is very pricey. I would stay again but for shorter amount of time.
