"The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen had all of the staples for cooking, plenty of everything. Enjoyed the large backyard and covered deck on the back."

"Beds were comfortable however kitchen did not have much to work with. Two pots and pans for cooking-very minimal. Plumbing was old, showers were low pressure. "

"Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded."
