"Clean modern hotel located a short walk to everything important in Parma. It’s a 15 minute walk to the tourist areas but it is an easy walk. Quiet and clean rooms, good value"

"Though the hotel rooms could use a little refreshing with paint touch up, etc., it was a nice place to stay. The hotel is proximate to the train station and walkable to the historic center. The room was spacious, but it did smell a little musty and the room locations were a bit bewildering. However, the staff was friendly, the lobby and seating areas were very nice and the hotel is in a quiet location but convenient to everything. We'd definitely stay again."
