Residence Parco Ducale

The 90 square meter apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of an independent house. Large and comfortable spaces are the masters. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils and a large living room where you can watch TV or read one of the books available. It is located a few minutes walk from the Ducal park, which if crossed leads to the heart of the historic center. It is 500 meters from the Maggiore hospital and only 7 km away are the Parma fairs. Several bus stops are located a few meters away. In the private courtyard you can park your car. Easy to reach from the station.
