"Very clean room with comfortable beds. Staff are very welcoming and the breakfast is superb. It is in a lovely location and has an old world charm about it. It is the second time we have visited in the past two months."

"The room was clean, fresh bedding on bed, tea/coffee available in room. We only saw 1 member of staff who showed us our room, she was friendly. We didn't use the bar. We only stayed 1 night. The only issue was the shower leaked but it is a 15th century building which slanted in each room. The music from the bar cut off at 10pm. We did sleep well."

"Staff couldn't do enough for us. Room was spotless. Parking was a bonus in the centre of Shrewsbury. Breakfast was excellent although limited in choice. Comfortable beds and pillows. Everything we needed was in the room. Definitely go back."

"Customer service 5star. Clean room, plenty of tea and coffee and enjoyed sitting on the raised terrace. Lovely food in the evening, good price and generous portions. Super breakfast the following day. Would definitely stay here again."
