The room itself was ok. The toilet didn’t flush well and the bathroom could use updating.Garbage can outside was overflowing from the time we got there until we left the next day. Leaves in front of outside door were never cleaned up.overall ok but would have liked to see it cleaner

I stayed one night with my daughter as a convenient location to the Pearson testing center. Testing center is 3 -5 minute drive. Hotel newly renovated & clean. Would recommend to others

This is a beautiful property. We stayed here twice in the last 2 weeks and both times we had really nice rooms. The 2nd time the room was very clean and loved the fact the bed was in a separate room. The bathroom shower faucet was leaking and not working properly. My husband went down and told them and they were going to send someone right up. We were getting ready to leave. The staff was very friendly. Very refreshing in a day and age where people just aren't anymore. If we ever are in Montgomery again, we will surely go back there.

What we liked was the friendliness of the staff when signing in. I always like that personable touch. Too much has just become electronic this, electronic that so it's nice when the staff takes the time with you like they did in Montgomery. The room was beautiful. I guess I forgot we were getting a kitchen which was an added plus. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was dirty around the molding, but I haven't seen a real super clean bathroom ever at a hotel so wasn't displeased. I don't like sausage, but the breakfast was fine.

across the street is a very large vacant property that was a bit of an eye sore, but it seemed to be maintained as of my visit in September of 2023.

Breakfast was not good and selections was limited. Coffee was cold and no waffle irons at this location. Construction in dining area made a person not want breakfast. Only 1 elevator was working during my stay.

Upon my arrival at the property, I saw cockroaches outside. I didn’t think anything about it as the property was being renovated, and though my room had been newly renovated, there were cockroaches in it, I had grand children with me terrible terrible. Terrible conditions.

The property is currently under renovations which we did not know when we booked our stay. The paint fumes were overwhelming, and you had to be very careful to not touch the walls. This is an older property and is not up to Hilton's standards in my opinion. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast offering was good. The staff was excellent.
