"The heat never came on. I was told I needed to turn it off wait 5 minutes and turn back on. Also was told they were full so I could not move to another room. The bathroom floor was also not clean upon check in I just bleached everything myself. Drywall in room 214 needs to be fixed had cracks "

"It's a small, manageable and recently remodeled hotel. Nice gym, convenient breakfast. Nextdoor to a Starbucks. Easy to get up/down elevators quickly. Very cool, old building that has been converted so lots of character. Many places to eat/drink within walking distance. Parking is indeed a litlte tricky... in an attempt to avoid the expensive daily parking rate I was paying the parking meters off and on the entire stay. Adds a bit of needless fretting but not a huge deal. Front desk staff could use a little work, they didn't honor our Expedia room booking and offered really nothing to help fix it. A/C in the room ran nonstop, wouldn't quite get to the setpoint, kinda loud. All in all a good experience, not perfect, but I'd stay again. "
