The breakfast was great, with local products and the staff was amazing, she prepared a lot of the delicious food that was offered (I assume she was the owner/administrator). "Great setting on top of a 22 story building overlooking the water. Well situated in the best area to be in Follonica. Annoying blinking light from motion sensor (I think) in room keeping us up most of the night. Mai’s room blanket after the first night, why?? Not including breakfast as the cards were not honored at restaurant across the street. Frustrating check in process, does not speak English."
