Hotel ancora in fase di ristrutturazione, ma con un potenziale veramente altissimo!! Personale fantastico, sempre disponibile e molto accogliente, camera però un po’ deludente con mobili di scarsa qualità!! Vista invidiabile ed ambiente veramente fantastico in tutto!

La struttura gode di una posizione magnifica, totalmente immersa tra le colline toscane, dove la pace e la tranquillità la fanno da padroni. Assegno 3 stelle perché l'hotel offre un'oasi di pace incredibile, immerso nel silenzio delle colline, e vanta uno staff eccezionale. Tutti molto professionali, in particolare la ragazza addetta alla colazione a cui va un plauso speciale per la disponibilità e l'impegno. Buona anche la piscina interna, mentre quella esterna era logicamente chiusa per via del periodo. Tuttavia, il soggiorno è stato penalizzato dalla gestione della camera. Su 3 notti, la pulizia vera e propria è stata effettuata una sola volta e solo dopo le nostre ripetute lamentele. Di norma il servizio si riduceva al rifacimento letto e cambio asciugamani, senza che venisse mai spazzato il pavimento o igienizzato il bagno. Inoltre, nessuno si è preoccupato di rifornire l'acqua, il tè o le tisane consumate il primo giorno. La stanza era decisamente spoglia, priva di frigobar e molto scomoda, dato che al posto del matrimoniale richiesto abbiamo trovato due lettini singoli uniti alla bell'e meglio semplicemente da un coprimaterasso, il che ha reso il riposo di una scomodità assurda. Peccato, perché basterebbe davvero un po' di attenzione in più per renderlo un soggiorno perfetto.
