Liked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The staff was pretty helpful just some security guards seemed annoyed by some issue we had, but phone and text help was promptly and friendly. Cleaning was average for the kind of stay. It could be better but we understand that is expected with a rental unit. I wish the spare pillows in one of the rooms were cleaner and a more thorough cleaning of the Apartment, but that didn't hinder the comfort of our stay. The location is a plus, walki g distance of everything, right on the Riverwalk, and the parking spot in the garage is a peace of mind.
