Hotel in the middle of downtown Monterrey

All of the front desk people were very helpful. The location of the hotel in the middle of the city is excellent.

Extremely basic; 4 walls, but 1 will need paint. Furnishings need repair. Had running water and working TV. Nice people, very inexpensive.

Hotel Diro

Hotel was clean, everything worked, bed was comfortable, ac worked but trouble keeping the room cool as there was a heat wave over 100 degrees at the time, wifi worked great, hot water worked, hotel is old, price was good. Close to a lot of attractions.

Simple, great price, fun location

We got a great price on our stay. The room was simple but clean. The shower was really hot and the water pressure was really strong. The hotel is surrounded by bars and restaurants and there are markets that seem to go on for miles. So lot's to do in the nearby area. Really great stay.

Good for the price

The hotel is an older building with a fresh coat of paint. The furniture is quite old. Every staff member was friendly and efficient. The cleaning staff are miracle workers. The place was spotless. I had a room facing the street and it was very noisy. Earplugs and headphones were a necessity. The location is excellent. The Macroplaza, shopping, dining, and the Metro just a short walk away. For the location, price, and excellent staff: I will stay there again. Side note: the WiFi worked fine. Streaming worked well. Uploads took awhile. Didn’t use the heat/AC unit: the weather was too nice. The bed was comfortable. I did enjoy the attached bar/nightclub.

The hotel was easy to find. Easy to check in, friendly clerk. The problem was no hot water for the shower, then in the morning no water at all.

It was horrible. The room was dirty. There was no wifi. They didnt even adk for ID upon checking in. They only speak Spanish so be ready to struggle if you speak english

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The building was so old and the rooms were outdated. Furniture was in bad condition. Bathroom smelled like sewage and staff was not nice at all. Please don’t stay in this place.
