The best!!!!

It was awesome. The staff was pleasant and always willing to help in any way. This is the 2nd time we stayed at this location and I’m sure we will return next year.

The hotel is really old. The sheets and pillows smells dirty, horrible, we need to look for the cleaning lady and call more than twice to the front desk in order to have the room "clean". Every time when the A/C turn on, smell as death animal, next to our bedroom was the utility room, 24/7 we can hear the noise of the pumps and pipes; impossible to sleep. The hotel does not has elevator. Restaurant service and staff is the best from the hotel. Excelent service and food. Congrats Capitan Dario and rest of the restaurant staff. We'll continuing going just to the restaurant.

The rooms were remodeled, clean and very nice. The only thing I did not like is there was not enough water pressure in the shower and it took a long time for the water to get hot staff was very friendly. All the amenities were great. The restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. We stay there every year and I will definitely be back.

Very disappointing customer service experience. My reservation included two breakfasts that had already been paid for. Because my wife was not feeling well, we were unable to use them on the scheduled day. Since we are continuing to stay at the same hotel for several more days, I simply asked if we could use those two breakfasts on another day. Both the front desk and the manager refused, explaining that the breakfast vouchers were already numbered and could not be transferred. I was not asking for a refund, additional breaktasts, or anything complimentary. I was only asking to use two breakfasts that had already been paid for and were never consumed. What disappointed me most was the lack of willingness to find a simple and reasonable solution, especially for a guest who chose to extend his stay at the hotel. I expected much better customer service and flexibility from a Holiday Inn property. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left me with a very negative impression of this hotel.

Great place overall

Great place to stay enjoy the staff. The room was very comfortable. Only a couple of things the heater did not work well and the water heater took forever to warm water to be able to bathe.
