The air conditioner is too loud!!!

The air conditioner is too loud, making it difficult for me to sleep at night. Therefore, I can't recommend this hotel to my friends.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, las instalaciones son buenas, el personal muy atento y dispuesto a apoyarte en tus necesidades. El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, el colchón de la cama muy muy alto (ya habíamos llegado ahí en dos ocasiones y no nos había tocado así) las sábanas no embonan en el colchón por lo que te la pasas jalando la esquina para que se quede. Creo que le falta un poco de supervisión a esos detalles, si los toman en cuenta seguirá siendo excelente.
