Rooms were decently clean, my only issues were that the pool was a bit dirty, and i had to change rooms 3 times. 1st room/rm9 had black mold then rain came through the ceiling and no hot water but the staff gave me a better room quick within a few hours of reporting it, 2nd room/rm4 was good but limited places for clothing, 3rd room/rm5 was good but had this skinny spiral stairwell to the bedroom so bags had to stay downstairs. Overall a good place and good experience just not great. The staff were helpful and any complaint got remedied quick so it was worth it. Also if trying to find the place follow the sign not the address as the numbers don't match and wifi isn't very functional so bring a hotspot. A lot of good tourist spots are nearby though

The property was not easy to find as the front gate is not open. I had to ask someone of the street. My room was two stories with VERY STEEP stairs you cannot even take your luggage upstairs where the bed is (if you have mobility issue, not the place for you). The room has no fridge and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the room (if you plan to work from your room, not the place for you). The property itself is clean and it is right downtown, that’s upside about it.

Not a hotel

I hesitated to give such a poor review as it was not unsafe or dirty, but what made me mad was the dishonesty in the listing. This is not a hotel, it’s an air bnb. There is nothing wrong with an Airbnb, I get them myself at times, but it should be listed as such. There are is no staff, no reception, no one works there. It’s a remote operation, where everything is done on gf your phone. It abbutted a bar, and you could hear it. The toilet was an inch from the wall, and you had to kick your legs to the side to fit. When I read boutique hotel I’m thinking classic and historical. This was clearly recently thrown up to maximize the number of rooms that could be rented with as little money spent as possible.

Lo considero más un airbnb, ya que no hay nadie en recepción. El lugar es agradable. La comunicación es vía WhatsApp. En mi caso fueron muy amables en todo momento. Me gustó la ubicación porque está a una cuadra de la macroplaza, lo que brinda fácil transporte. La habitación está agradable, aunque cuando llegué sentí un poco de olor a humedad, pero nada que impida el descanso.

Nula atención personal.

Mal el servicio. No hubo personal para recepción y atención. Mucho menos para entregar la habitación. Pretendieron hacernos responsables de una falta de un objeto. Todo por whtass app, siendo que se ostenta como hotel. Las habitaciones cuentan con una escalera angosta para acceder al piso de arriba donde se encuentra la recámara. No hay control sobre otros huéspedes que interrumpen el descanso de los demás. No hay persona encargada de recepción para atender estas molestias.

La ubicacion es perfecta, todo queda a la vuelta. No somos exigentes en lo mas minimo con las camas pero en esta fue de lo peor, como rota de enmedio y al acostarte te jalaba al centro, terminamos durmiendo en el sofa cama de abajo. El baño mas pequeño del mundo, que de nuevo no somos exigentes en ese aspecto pero al sentarte en el “trono” no cabia (mido 1.79) y tenia que ponerme en una posicion incomoda. Nunca entraron a sacar los botes de basura (cosa que mencionan que hacen) y jamas vimos a nadie en recepcion. Estaba limpio y el mejor punto fue la ubicacion. La alberca pequeña pero refrescante, muy para pasar el fin entre amigos, la alberca no es para niños(muy pequeña) pero nosotros la disfrutamos

La limpieza dejó mucho que desear, desde el primer día salieron varios tecuejos en la habitacion y para el costo de las noches esto es inaceptable. La atención e instrucciones del check-in fueron muy buenas.

Bonita, TV con cable, clima, alberca bonita y limpia. Hay cocina con enseres para hacerse algo de comer. Las camas estaban un poco vencidas, no eran demasiado cómodas. El baño es muy pequeño, incómodo para usar el aseo y para entrar y salir. Alrededor hay muchas opciones para ir a desayunar, comer y cenar, ir a tomar algo, visitar museos y llegar a todos lados a pie o en transporte. Hay un par de estacionamientos de paga alrededor. Si volveríamos en otra ocasión.
