Monterosso al Mare: House with a garden and parking, overlooking the Gulf of the Cinque Terre

The apartment, located in Monterosso, the largest town in the “5 Terre,” is accessible by car and is located on the ground floor of a section of the villa consisting of two separate units. It features a private garden with a magnificent view of the Gulf of the “5 Terre.” The apartment is tastefully furnished and consists of a large living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, and parking. Just across the street from the apartment, a staircase leads down to the waterfront in just a few minutes, where you’ll find the train station, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Continuing on, you’ll reach the historic centre, where most of the restaurants, shops, and wine bars are located, as well as the banks, the post office, and the pier, from which boats depart for the other “5 Terre,” Portovenere, and Portofino. It’s also possible to reach the historic centre by minibus, which stops right next to the house. The apartment is ideal for a couple or a family of 3–4 people. Upon arrival, guests must pay the tourist tax for guests over the age of twelve, which amounts to 1 euro per person for the first 3 days,
