Great location. No too far from train station but bit of a walk from car parking. Make sure your luggage is on wheels. The room is clean and located near shopping and restaurants.

It is a very nice location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing we noticed is that the drainage in the shower is not working well. The cleaning fee is very high.

Never stay here!!!

Zero check in which had us waiting and Jo entry late, they sent details only at 18.00…. Which we never received, then they tried to contact me 10 times, at incorrect number. Apartment cold, bed uncomfortable, two extra fees plus local tax, so 3 extra fees, I knew about 2…. Impossible to get downstairs all the time for smoking…very long walk from station. Worst place I ever stayed!!!!!!!plus super expensive!

Nice apartment, but MANY MANY additional fees

This room is very clean, comfortable for our family of four, and in a great location. Ms. Donatella was friendly and helpful. *****BUT, TRAVELERS BEWARE***** In addition to the nightly rate paid to Hotels.com, we were charged an ADDITIONAL 250 euros for our two-night stay for fees, taxes, cleaning and towels (yes, towels). These fees and all check-in procedures were communicated in advance of the trip via Whatsapp - an app I don't regularly check - leaving us with an expensive unexpected charge when we arrived. Also, parking was extremely challenging. This property lists "parking available" as an amenity. However, the only parking options are the paid public parking lots. When we arrived, the parking lot suggested to us was closed due to high tides. The remaining parking in Monterosso is reserved for residents. We eventually found free street parking approximately 30 minutes walk from the room. Would advise NOT bringing a vehicle to Cinque Terre. All in all, it was a nice stay, but the fees were not clear, nor was the parking situation .
