I will remember my stay here for the rest of my life. The most beautiful, romantic and peaceful room. The balcony and view, unbelievable. The shower so beautiful with coloured lights! Grazie

Lovely breakfast made each day by the owner’s Italian mother. Felt very homely with drinks and beautiful home made cakes available all day from the kitchen. Felt like home away from home.! The B&B is on the first floor of large old house - the stairs up were often unlit..

The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day).

Magnificent Lupaia will forever remain a dream holiday for us in the most beautiful, serene and picturesque location. The scent of jasmine and rose covered cottages surrounded by lush green gardens and idyllic vistas are what dreams are made off. Warm, welcoming staff can’t do enough to make your stay a delight. Many thanks to all at Lupaia.

Friendly service and beautiful property in great location.

This accomodation exceeded our expectation. It is a well maintained, clean and beautiful accomodation in the heart of Montepulciano. The service was extrodinary. They provided instructions on parking and ZTL with perfection including restaurant reccomendations and key sights to see. However, they did not provide an iron in the rooms and only oferred to iron our clothes after midday (which is too late) - this being the only inconvenience we faced.

Beautifully decorated property and rooms, very convenient to all the main attractions in town. I really can't fault the whole experience.

Loved everything about our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and welcoming. The setting and room was beautiful. Would absolutely come back and recommend it

We absolutely loved our stay at Agriturismo Merigge. It was exactly the relaxing, peaceful stay we were after following our time in the big cities! The pool is incredible, breakfast was delicious and it was a beautiful area to explore. Book this stay, you won’t regret it!

Our apartment at this farm stay was in a beautiful country Tuscany setting between Montepulciano & Cortona. Peaceful and a much appreciated change to stay here instead of the lovely but busy hilltop towns

We weren't there for long enough. Great quaint B&B with excellent rooms.

The first thing I will say is just how amazing the staff here was; I booked the last room at a good rate, and although it was not one of the super fancy suites, it was still a great stay and the staff really made that happen. One of the days, I went to breakfast and was overcome by not feeling well. I apologized and had to leave the breakfast room. They so kindly packed me food and tea on a tray and brought it to my room for me to eat later when I felt better. I loved how central this location...
