"Horrible communication, Hard to find check in location. even harder to find apartment. Dirty apartment in with lack of upkeeping with leaky shower that got all the floor wet. it seems that it has been happening for a while because all the wood surrounding the bathroom door is all swollen. the bathroom door cannot be closed. the toilet spills water everywhere when flushed, the spare bed is super noisy. What a terrible experience."

"I booked the property for 19 persons as a celebration for a friend. Paulo was always communicating with us for the months in the build up to the stay.
