A super cool campsite, really good conditions, comfortable and great views! We stayed at Neptune bungalow and it was great, amazing sunrise view to the lake. Safe, quiet, friendly staff, surrounded by nature. A really family friendly environment, would definitely come back. Plenty of parking spaces.

Fiquei muito bem impressionada com o espaço, muito confortável e simpatia no atendimento. A única coisa que me desagradou foi não haver uma passagem do parque para a praia fluvial.

Chegamos a este local 1-3 vezes por ano para desfrutar de estar longe da cidade. Desfrutamos da tranqüilidade que este lugar oferece - belo rio panorâmico, grande piscina, e um lugar totalmente funcional e confortável para relaxar. Os quartos são muito limpos e oferecem ar condicionado. Tem tudo o que você precisa. Também desfrutamos das atividades aquáticas oferecidas.

A experiência foi Horrível. De tal forma que só durou 20 minutos. As fotografias do site são muito lisonjeiras face à realidade. Ar condicionado não funciona, calor abrasador devido telhado de zinco. Tudo como ar muito pouco higiénico. Espaço mínimo. Atenção: A evitar a todo o custo

The place itself is amazing. Beautiful lake, grass, pool. Bab bad service. when there is a problem.. we arrived and saw there is no shade infront of the bungalow and the shade umbrella is broken, there was a pool of water under the house that attracted alot of mosquitos, the air conditioned didn't work at all and there were really hot nights. Whenever i came to ask for help i was waved and got tired of tring...

Espaço excelente com potencial e péssima gestão

Excelente espaço com áreas óptimas e vista fantástica. Dá-nos uma sensação de bem estar. Ficamos num bungalow com boa limpeza e higiene mas com ar condicionado programado para se desligar automaticamente ao fim de poucos minutos o que foi muito desagradável sentir o efeito de estuda sentido em dias de calor. Organização dos restantes serviços pouco satisfatória. Poucos funcionários para o atendimento aos clientes e pouco informados do funcionamento do próprio parque . Poucos multibanco que saltavam de área em área (bar/refeitorio/recepcao/loja/...) o que nos deixava constantemente à espera. Limpeza dos balneários deficiente com constante cheiro de urina. Um funcionário em específico, que no salao de jogos desliga o quadro de electricidade sem aviso prévio ou sequer "boa noite isto vai fechar" ou satisfação e desliga as máquinas de jogos com dinheiro inserido.

Fim de semana prolongado

O bungalow era agradável e limpo a paisagem muito bonita, pena o parque não ter areia na mini-praia pq as pedras não incentivam a ir lá por fazerem doer os pés. No bungalow falta um microondas. No geral foi agradável e penso voltar.
