"I booked the hotel room same day because I arrived at the Santiago airport a day early. They were very accommodating because within hours of booking the room they were able to send a shuttle to the airport to get me. The airport shuttle is included in the price of the room. The amount that I paid for this rule is at least equivalent to a 3-star hotel in the United States and the service was much much better much more attentive and comfortable. I would stay there again, I would stay there long term, the staff is top notch."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to everything, I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality of the linens to the excellent housekeeping service. Definitely we're coming back!! "Would highly recommend this property! The staff were fantastic, the rooms for clean, and it was lovely being able to order a drink from the pool. There was a private beach within a short walk, or staff offered to take you in a golf cart. Just a really great place to stay within walking distance of other things as well"

"Staff were welcoming and thorough with all the amenities and services provided. Room service was available, but unable to obtain menu, QR code wasnt working. Went to cielo rooftop bar had the fish with pasta and ceviche were really tasty, had two leechyee martinis, they were warm. Overall i would come back. Great location, very clean room, welcoming staff and very helpful."
