"Very nice hotel in the center of Ascoli Piceno. Location is the main pro. Rooms are renovated and clean, good AC. Staff and service arevery friendly and good. Breakfast included is good. Overall great value for money. The cons for us were that the wifi didn't work at all, and parking is a bit annoying but manageable. The valet service is a good alternative for maybe a day but you need to sign a release where they don't take any responsibility for what happens to your car, and it has time...

"Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen für 10 Tage dort inklusive meiner 87 jährigen Schwiegermutter. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit nahegelegenen Badezimmer. Die Küche ist etwas klein aber es war völlig ausreichend um Gerichte zuzubereiten. Der parkähnliche Garten ist mit vielen Blumen bestückt und somit war das Ambiente toll.Bianca ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin die alle Wünsche sofort erfüllt. "Lovely hillside location with beautiful views. Restaurant had a very nice selection and food was great. Breakfast instead was quite average. The hotel is fairly old so rooms are quite dated, but we enjoyed the stay nonetheless. "
