"We had a wonderful stay at the villa - we were a group of 10 adults and 2 children and used the villa as our home base for a week to explore the area (Pienza, Siena, Montalcino, Montelpulciano, etc). There are 4 apartments ranging from 1-3 bedrooms which were fantastic for the families, plus an additional communal kitchen and living room for everyone to gather. It was the perfect setup as it gave everyone the ability to have some privacy as well as for everyone to congregate and eat meals...

"Excellent staff! I sent a message ahead of our stay advising mobility issues with my family and they rearranged our room allocation without any hesitation. We are really grateful for the staff being so helpful. There is also a great spread for breakfast! The rooms are so spacious, location is EXCELLENT! No hesitation in recommending this hotel - it is way above the property rating of 2 stars!"

"A wonderful stay – highly recommended We had a wonderful stay at Altarocca Wine Resort. The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. Breakfast was simply amazing and a real highlight each morning. We also thoroughly enjoyed the excellent restaurant and the resort’s facilities, which made it a lovely place to relax and unwind. We highly recommend Altarocca and would happily return."

No nos dieron un early check in ni guardaron las maletas, así que nos tuvimos que ir a Montslcino y ya no pudimos usar la piscina. Pero en general lo recomiendo mucho"

"We had a lovely 5 night stay at La Sovana in their apartment complex. We had a 2-bedroom, 2-bath with kitchen. It was the perfect set up for 2 couples to share. My only wish was that it included a washer/dryer set up. Laundry is available for a fee which we did use but it would be nice if there was washing capability in the apartment itself. The staff were super helpful, the property is clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant is very good as well. We would definitely return to La Sovana."
