Just 13 km from Baia Flaminia Pesaro Blue Flag 2019, in a hilly position surrounded by a park of over 5000 square meters, where you can relax and enjoy the sun and relaxation while watching your children play.
Excellent choice for walks surrounded by nature.
In addition to the relaxation that the rolling hills guarantee, the highway connects the property to the sea in just 10 minutes. In all the surrounding hills as well as on the coast there are several attractive tourist activities:

Gemäß Beschreibung hatten wir mit einer kleinen Privat-Villa gerechnet, in der wir unseren Urlaub alleine verbringen. Tatsächlich war es dann lediglich ein kleines Appartement in der Villa, das nur unzureichend von der Wohnung der Eigentümer abgetrennt ist. Darüber hinaus befindet sich in dem Haus auf der unteren Etage eine weitere Ferienwohnung (mit eigenem Zugang). Die Beschreibung des Objektes sollte dringend geändert werden, um die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten darzustellen. Wir haben dies auch der Eigentümerin beim Abschied so gesagt. Für diesen Preis hatten wir definitiv eine separate Villa erwartet.
