It was terrible. I felt so unease staying there. I will never I mean NEVER EVER stay there again. The pictures are a fool that hotel is nasty and dirty. I didn’t even shower there and slept with my clothes on. The staff was rude and stare at you as if you are not wanted. Bugs all in the tub, not renovated, the pools look and smell dutty.

I love staying here when i come to Jamaica! The air wasn't working nor was the hot water, but they changed us quickly and bought breakfast. I love their food in the restaurant also. Its very close to any and everything you need. I can't forget Mike at the pool. Toby's is a hidden gem.

This resort is not safe at all for single women. Be careful with the staff, especially their maintenance staff. Im very disappointed because I picked the Toby because of all the positive reviews. I made a complaint to the owner who eventually stopped responding. Thank God I only used this place as an overnight stay to catch my flight. I will not be returning.

Love how low key this spot was !! Still close to everything and quiet. There were so many options on the resort at a reasonable price. The restaurant had plenty of food to pick from and the customers service was great !!
