Genie by the Seaside Vacation house is fully furnished and decorated with the comforts of home. The property is located in the historic Rio Nuevo Battlesite gated community with 24 hour security. The house has a private gate with driveway which can accommodate a car. There is an upper deck that faces the ocean where you can enjoy sunrise/sunsets and just relax with cocktails. There is also front and back seating areas with a yard with a grill. Access to the beach is a 5 minute walk past the historic Battlesite Museum.
The kitchen has modern appliances and opens to a dining room that can accommodate 6.
All three bedrooms are equipped with overhead fans and A/C with queen beds. There is a modern main bathroom with shower dividing the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and sitting area with a bathroom en-suite. The en- suite bathroom has a large tub and separate shower.
There is an entertainment system with a television, cable and WiFi access.
James Bond beach is located a 10 minute drive from the property and 15 minutes to Main Street Ocho Rios. Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Cove and Mystic Mountain is located 20 minutes away.
The property can be rented with a driver, housekeeper and chef upon request.
