"We really enjoyed our stay. We felt sometimes they needed more staff on especially in the world cafe for drinks and looking after tables. Staff on were very helpful though Room did have an ant issue but they kept on top of cleaning to do as much as possible. Restaurants were lovely. Very clean everywhere staff were on top of it all the time. Nice chilled entertainment on an evening and fun during the day"

"Great location and a very beautiful rose garden for breakfast and lovely dinners. Rooms are large, but a little older; however, still very nice. The hotel food and drinks are VERY expensive. We are from the United States, and you can expect prices as much as New York City and Los Angeles for food and drinks. The staff was mostly friendly but not over-the-top accommodating. Morning staff at breakfast seemed irritable, and the front desk was hit or miss with friendliness"
