"Wir - ich, mein Mann und unsere beiden 9 jährigen Kinder - waren im August 2026 hier im Urlaub und es war wundervoll! Das Haus ist schön sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder war problemlos Platz und alles um uns herum war ruhig und entspannend. Von der Terasse hat man einen wundervollen Blick über die Berge und am Abend ist es hier besonders schön. Man muss nur wissen, dass man tatsächlich 20 Minuten sehr ende Serpentinen fahren muss, um zu dem Haus zu gelangen. Das haben wir pro Tag nur einmal getan, weil es wirklich zeitraubend und anstrengend ist. Aber das war es in jedem Fall wert. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und würden es jederzeit wieder so machen. Vielen Dank an die netten Gastgeber! Es kam immer gleich eine Antwort, wenn man Fragen hatte und die Kommunikation im Voraus war einwandfrei. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland, Anna mit Familie"

"This was a lovely home to spend a fa ily vacation. The house is accommodating and functional. It is pretty up high and far from the main cities like Pisa or Lucca. The road to get up there can be tricky especially to those not used to italian roads and small towns mountain roads. Everything is about an hour away but the view is beautiful. Totally worth the cool air in hot July. The only thing I did not enjoy were the size of the showers, they are very small and can be challenging to a larger person or an older person. But it is understandable given the fact that it is a log cabin.The house is not a single house but one of 5. Including the one where the owners live. I met the neighbors and they were very lovely people. But if you want to be completely alone keep in mind that you may get visitors in the weekend. The owners took care of any issues we had. We had a great time."
