"We had a terrible stay. The room door was broken and emitted a deathly yelp every time opened or closed so kept waking us up. And a manager never called after requesting to speak with one. Also the charges were a lot higher than quoted. "

"This was my second stay at this property and it was very enjoyable. Despite being next to an airport and a rail line, the room was very quite. The windows blocked almost all of the sound. The hotel is walking distance to the Ontario Convention Center and several restaurants. I also did a solo morning walk through a local neighborhood (D Street) and felt very safe the entire time. The kitchenette was well-appointed and it made making meals there very easy. If I'm in the area again, this is my first choice hotel in the area for value and quality."

"My room did not have a hotub, nor did they have a coffee maker. The small couch was in extremely bad shape. Overall, everything was clean."

"The staff was amazing. The room was clean. Two things that were not ok: 1. Hair, we guessed from the previous guest(s), in the tub 2. Squeaky, noisy bed frame!!!"

"Room was dirty and old. Carpet was filthy in the rooms and hallways. Walls were dirty and paint peeling all over the hotel. It’s so rundown and ghetto. If you only care about a cheap place to sleep and don’t care what it looks like stay here. "
