"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful through our whole trip. I arranged transportation from airport through them and Carlo was waiting and pleasant we had a safe journey. Breakfast was fresh and a very nice perk."

"The stuff was so friendly. In our reservation with hotels.com, it says bed sheets, towels, etc. included. However, when we arrived, we learned it supposed to be extra. Since we only stay one night, they just gave us without additional charge when they see it’s included with reservation itinerary. ..."
