"The 180 degree view of the Tuscan countryside was worth the price all by itself. Franny was an accommodating and knowledgeable host. She worked to find a variety of shops and services for us. I would recommend this listing to anyone that can climb 3 flights of stairs, there is no elevator, but pays for the view. Two suites, modern bathrooms and kitchen.
The wine that one could get in the room was priced fairly and quite good."
