"Great place to stay. The manager (or owner, I am not sure) was very helpful and accomodating, pointing us to the best places to visit/park in Florence city. There were great breakfast options on site and the rooms are very clean despite not being a 5-star hotel. Thank you for hosting us during our 1-night stay in Florence!"

"Beautiful hotel. I didn’t quite understand we’d have to do a “staff-less” check in but once we saw our room keys it was extremely easy.
The hotel is beautiful and it is a very peaceful town with amazing Tuscan views.
The restaurant seems to be one of the best ones in the area. We went to San Gimignano and didn’t get a chance to dine there.
Would definitely stay again. "
Villa with amazing pool and private tennis for private use
10/10 Excellent
"Had a wonderful holiday. Francesca was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even down to organising a special birthday cake for a celebration dinner. The pool was amazing and having the pool house was great. Ettore cooked two meals for us which were both delicious! Would love to visit again. "
Vallacchi b&b Authentic Acient Tuscany CountryHouse, family welcome
10/10 Excellent
"The Tuscan Country House is beautifully located in the Tuscan landscape. The pool is well maintained and offered relief from the Tuscan summer heat. Our host was ever so helpful and friendly and we loved their 2 dogs. We enjoyed our stay here and got to experience Tuscan live in an authentic country house. "
VallacchiB&B Tuscany Solution for Holiday tipical country house Family Friendly
10/10 Excellent
"The property sits in a very quiet area off the local roads accessed by a mile or so of gravel track. The owner Loredana, has been hosting for 25 years and has created a very comfortable apartment next door to her family home. The gardens are peaceful, packed with pomegranate, pear, apple and olive. The two dogs, the chickens and cats are friendly without invading your peace and quiet. The pool was great and just what we needed after the day trips. We arrived in the middle of a heatwave with temperatures up to 40 degrees. Despite this and with careful instruction, the old building remained cool enough without air conditioning to get a good night’s sleep. Centrally located we visited Lucca, San Gimignano, Sienna and Vinci. We shopped at the local grocery store in Corazzano and at Lidl in Castelfiorentino. We tended to eat out at lunch time and eat at the apartment at night. The only local meal we had was at Casa Lucullo about 3 miles away; excellent food and the only English family amongst many, many Italian families. We are a family of four; 50-something parents with 21,18 and 15 year old daughters. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this property for its relaxing nature and central location. Things we didn’t do that are local options are wine tasting very close at hand and cycle hire in Castelfiorentino. "
LA VILLETTA IS A INDEPENDENT HOUSE WITH POOL PRIVATE GARDEN AND PANORAMIC VIEW
10/10 Excellent
"We loved our two-week stay at La Villetta and hope to return. It does have a million-dollar view in all directions, and the beautifully landscaped terraces with pavilions provide many places to relax and enjoy the views and surroundings.Paulo was a charming host who provided fresh eggs and La Villetta’s own fantastically good olive oil, and Andrea a responsive and helpful contact. The nearby small community of Montaione is a lovely old hill town with several good restaurants full of local patrons. I’Ciampa was our favorite, and we also enjoyed coffees and pastries at Pasticceria Filli several mornings. The house is charming and comfortable. It was clean and included some very nice touches, like an old pantry cabinet loaded with colorful ceramics, wine glasses, other essentials, and unexpected things like a soup tureen.La Villetta was the home base from which we visited Florence and other Tuscan towns via rental cars, plus a two-day trip to Pompei via train from Florence. Renting a smaller vehicle or vehicles (as opposed to an American full-sized SUV or truck) is a good idea since the local roads are quite narrow, steep, and full of hairpin turns."
