"I've been here multiple times but this time is different. Before, the jacuzzi located outside is include as a freebies but now, you need to pay for it. About the room, well, it is cozy but my concern is the exhaust in the washroom. The smell stayed inside the room which I don't like on it. I hope the management will improve it."

"La chambre est propre et relativement petite, mais tout le nécessaire y est. Le décor et l’ameublement des chambres ne sont pas à jour, contrairement à la réception et au restaurant, donc je crois qu’ils sont possiblement en rénovation. Le service était très bien. Pour ce qui est du restaurant, c’est dommage que les prix soient aussi élevés pour ce type d’établissement. Je crois qu’avec des prix plus raisonnables et abordables, vous auriez beaucoup plus de clients qui profiteraient de l’endroit car il y a une très belle vue sur La Baie et le Fjord du Saguenay. C’est un merveilleux emplacement qui a un énorme potentiel. "

"Reviewing expedia not the room The description of the hotel was 30 minutes approximately from our preferred location. Expedia failed to give an address until after I booked. Then when we found out the hotel was in Tadousac which is a ferry ride away which costs about $100 and doesn’t even run at this time of year, i tried immediately to get a refund through expedia and I couldn’t. So I phoned the hotel and they said no problem cancelling with no charge, but expedia still charged me even though I cancelled. I emailed expedia to explain rhis and have yet to hear from them I will never use expedia again. I will attempt a complaint to paypal as well"
