* No parties, no loud events, and no noise after 11 PM.
* The number of guests must not exceed the reservation limit.

The Verbier condominiums are authorized to issue fines starting at $150 for the first violation of the rules, and we will charge you for non-compliance with the mentioned regulations.
If these rules are not respected, the following consequences will apply:
A $500 fine will be automatically charged for violating the no-smoking policy.
You and your companions will be asked to leave the apartment immediately without any right to a refund.
Please do not use towels or other linens from the unit for makeup removal or cleaning other substances. (If towels or linens are stained, you will be automatically charged for their replacement.)
It is important to respect the neighbors by following all our rules, as agreed upon before booking.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is crucial not to delay the housekeeping staff, as additional fees will apply if they are kept waiting.
