Newly renovated with a modern finish. Enjoy being a few steps from the mountain and its iconic village. Extremely cozy place with a bedroom (queen bed), sofa bed (very comfortable). Bathroom with bath-shower and everything you need (towels, washcloths, shampoo, dryer). Unlimited High speed internet WIFI, Smart TV, Netflix. Heated floor for winter and Air conditioning. Outdoor space with bistro table 2 chairs and locked storage at your disposal. Parking included
The chalet is privately for you! Dedicated 1 private parking spot. please place parking pass on from dash. Cars without parking pass will be towed by Condo association. Exterior ski locker with lock. Keypad private entry with outdoor bistro table for 2.(seasonal) Chairlifts and village a 2 minute walk.
2 minute walk to versant soleil charilift,cabriolet, SAQ, shops,restos, Starbucks, Beaver tails pastry, Crepes, Pizza shops, all within 5 minute walk. Winter skating open in village.
Parking pass in condolet to be placed on front dashboard of your vehicle.
PET FINES OF $100 per day by Condo association.
