"My sons jacket got stollen from the hot tub area. They gave us the wrong room, which we didn't know about until another family was given keys to our room. The loud drunk groups were a little much, I wouldn't have been happy if my kids were young - but my teens slept through it. Overall, the location is amazing! The room was clean and the breakfast was good. "

"Entrance to hotel was hard to find. Stains on the carpet in our room weren’t nice to looo at. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Power went out for hours and not one person followed up with us. The ladies at the front desk were very nice!! And the breakfast in the morning was a bonus. "

"Perfect for families. The kitchen supplies are minimal so I wouldn’t plan on cooking any involved meals, but enough supplies for simple items. Kids running in the hallways. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. I’m glad I upgraded to the lakefront view. We didn’t utilize the restaurant or spa so I cannot comment there, but would stay again. "

"Hotel Quintessence is an exceptional stay and easily a top choice in Mont-Tremblant. The rooms are spacious, warm, and incredibly cozy, complete with a wood-burning fireplace and stunning lake views that make it hard to leave. The jacuzzi and infinity pool overlook the lake, creating a surreal setting, the deep blue water against the crisp white of the surrounding landscape is truly sensory overload in the best way. The staff were outstanding, attentive and responsive, with firewood delivered to the room within minutes each time we called. The hotel also features a beautiful wine cellar in the bar area and an excellent on-site restaurant. Its location is perfect, just steps from the village, yet tucked away on the lake, offering both convenience and tranquility. With its Michelin recognition, it absolutely lives up to the standard. I would highly recommend Hotel Quintessence to anyone visiting Mont-Tremblant."
