Don’t do it. The hotel receptionist was rude. She did not want to give us the two bedrooms with three beds that we reserved. She said the five of us in our party could only have one bedroom for two people. After arguing for an hour with her they agreed to giving us the two rooms we had reserved but ended up charging us more than we were quoted on Expedia. I do not recommend.

Good place to stay
Easy check in, helpful staff. Clean and very comfortable room, hotel is in a great location. Accessible for walking/hiking and cycling. Secure on site storage for bikes.

Muy bien pero el spa no tanto
Comida excelente, tanto buffet como almuerzo. El único pero el spa, lleno de gente saltándose la normativa de aforo y no está accesible a las habitaciones, tampoco tiene vestuarios en condiciones para cambiarse, teniendo que pasar de vuelta por el exterior del hotel y recepción, nada cómodo. Aunque todo está bien cuidado, en especial las habitaciones, el spa necesita una reforma

Lovely stay in the Pyrenees mountains!
Lovely stay in the Pyrenees mountains! A quaint hotel with lovely views. Reception kindly updated our room and it was fabulous - a lounge, separate WC and bathroom and then the bedroom. We arrived late and in April so there wasn't really anything open in the town so we opted to eat in the hotel restaurant and are so glad we did - it was reasonably priced, lovely food and great service! We couldn't complain. Would recommend for anyone looking for a mini escape - we used it as a stopover from Perpignan area to Andorra! Enjoy :-)

More than we expected
We booked a family room and expected a room with 4 single beds. We got a 2 storey apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and a dining table. Master bedroom with a king size bed. The beds had memory foam mattresses and were super comfortable. We had a great dinner at a very reasonable price in the hotel restaurant.

very tatty
We booked a room with double bed, yet were given an apartment with 2 single beds and 2 pull out sofas! I have a bad back and so could not sleep on the pull out sofas so we had to sleep in 2 singles. The TV did not work, you could turn it on but then could not turn it up or change channel. The heating was off and with the location of this hotel, it was minus 2 degrees in the morning when we got up after a very cold night!!! and very little sleep due to this fact. The room had cracks everywhere and looked about ready to fall down!

Bien ubicado. A solo 15 minutos en coche de font romeu. Quizás necesita una remodelación y quizás un poco de mas amabilidad de su personal de atención

Le bon endroit !
Deuxième séjour agréable dans cet hôtel simple et confortable ; les nouvelles chambres sont bien pensées et l'atout de cet hôtel est toujours son vaste espace balnéo (piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, sauna, hamman, gym corner...) une super base pour visiter les atouts de la Cerdagne, du conflent et du capcir, sans compter l'Espagne à 20 mn.

Notre séjour c’est très bien passé, une seule petite choses à dire en rentrant dans la chambre il n’y avais pas une très bonne odeur sa sentait le renfermé ce n’était pas très agréable.

Lugar agradable
Cogimos el hotel para pernoctar un par de noches. La verdad es que muy correcto todo: desayuno completo, habitación moderna y suficientemente amplia y cómoda y baño más que bien. El servicio en general muy amable y predispuesto.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Le SPA est un grand plus après une journée de randonnée ! On voit qu'il est ancien mais les équipements restent forts agréables (sauna, hammam, piscine et "jacuzzi" - ce dernier n'est pas très chaud -). Le studio avec kitchenette est parfait en terme de taille et d'agencement, il est même grand ! Lit confortable, literie de qualité. En revanche, seul point négatif, les toilettes étaient très sales à notre arrivée (le sol plein de poils, et une odeur persistante de toilettes publiques vraiment malodorantes). En résumé, c'est un grand oui pour l'emplacement / le spa / la taille du studio mais un non pour la propreté (seulement des toilettes ceci dit)

La atención del personal excelente y la habitación reformada, no muy grande pero excelente también. El desayuno está bastante bien y se puede comer y cenar en el restaurante del hotel. Tiene la zona de piscina y spa.

cela fait des années que nous venons au Clos Cerdan. la patronne a fait beaucoup d'effort pour l'accueil. le petit déjeuner est toujours aussi copieux, et beaucoup de choses sont faites maison. le plus de cet hôtel est la piscine intérieure avec le bain à bulles et sa situation géographique.

Muy mal, si no llevas porque te pierdes ni siquiera te llaman . Muy mal el Idioma no saben hablar otros idiomas. Huele mal El Sitio. Nada más entrar que llegue a las 10 de la noche me dijeron que si me iba a las 9 h de la mañana ? Y yo que!!! Enfado me iré a las 11h porque quiero descansar ok. Ya me estaban he habido cuando tenía entrada a las 15h de la tarde . Y llegue 10h noche . Muy mal . Compensación ninguna casi ni me deja. Dormir allí. Y ya estaba pagado . Nefasto

Chambre très grande, duplex. Espace piscine très agréable surtout avec peu de personnes. Restaurant qui dépanne. Petit déjeuner avec une grande variété de gâteaux mais peu de mets salés. Proximité avec des stations familiales sans la cohue des grandes stations. Face à la Citadelle de Montlouis (où il y a une super fromagerie en passant le porche, à droite). Accueil pas toujours souriant mais efficace.
