"Hotel staff were very good. First room smelled of smoke. Second room had a door lock that didn't work that they were going to fix but that wasn't fixed, so the hotel staff let us in and out of roof. Also, coffee maker was broken. Beautiful lobby, but the hotel rooms need some work."

The staff was personable and accommodating - at one in the morning (woke up in a panic and needed something from my car) the front desk attendant actually proactively offered and assisted me while I was half asleep and could barely form sentences. "Terrible Experience – Double-Booked, Relocated to Unlisted House in Awful Condition**The Situation:We arrived at our originally booked property and stayed one night before another family showed up—turns out we were double-booked. The host offered a “bigger, better” house, claiming the other family wanted the original location. We agreed to move.The Reality:The new house was **not listed on VRBO** and was a total disaster. - No hot water for **three days** - Filthy and poorly maintained - Nothing like what was described or expected We felt misled and deeply disappointed. The experience was stressful and unacceptable. **Buyer beware!**"
