"If you have work to do.. this is not the hotel! The hotel wi-fi is terrible! I mean it disconnected every five minutes! I even had a problem at check in because the WiFi was down. Location is great .. but if you need to send out emails. Beware!"

"The room was filthy… the lamp shades has stains inside that looked like residue from bed bugs, both double beds were lopsided and one of the mattresses had a huge piss stain on it. The windows were dirty and the carpet was extra filthy with stains and dirt tracks everywhere. That room (4041) should have never been allowed to be used. When I told the Manager (Derrick) and showed him pictures, his only concern seem to be the lamp shades. The QR codes on the desk and in the elevator didn’t work, when I finally got one that did let us order room service, the room service never came. Terrible look for the Hilton chain, I will never use that hotel again. That room was worse than a motel 6….never again!!"
