"Was für ein wunderschönes Anwesen! Wir waren knapp 2 Wochen in Simons Haus und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Bereits die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt wunderschön in sehr ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu allem, was man benötigt. Alles war sehr sauber und das Haus mit allem, was man benötigt ausgestattet. Der großzügige Pool, der Whirlpool und die frischen Maracujas aus dem Garten haben uns immer den Start in den Tag versüßt und auch angenehm ausklingen lassen. Simon steht immer kurzfristig mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und kümmert sich bei offenen Fragen. Fallbrook selbst war für uns der perfekte Ausgangsort um den südlichen Teil Kaliforniens zu erkunden. So konnten wir Tagesausflüge nach Palm Springs, Joshia Tree NP, San Diego Safari Park, San Bernardino & Rim of the World Highway, Newport Beach, San Diego, Legoland & Carlsbad sowie in die benachbarten Weingüter machen. Wir danken Simon nochmals für alles und empfehlen diese Location ohne Einschränkungen wärmstens weiter!"

"This property was great. It overlooked the winery where our family friends hosted their wedding. It was beautiful. And the home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well-stocked with supplies and spices, teas and coffee. The open floor plan allowed for our family to gather comfortably and we were able to enjoy the beautiful weather on the outside seating areas. The fire pit was a nice touch in the cool evenings. Although the drive up to the home was steep, the parking was easy to navigate. -We have stayed at other homes with very difficult parking situations. The driveway was large and easy to manage multiple vehicles. I think we had 5 vehicles at one point and had no issues. Overall this home was 10/10!"

"This is one of the best VRBO properties I have ever rented. Each guest had their own space. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need! The grounds and views were beyond beautiful. We use the swim pool and the sauna and walked around the neighborhood every day. It does have a very steep driveway but we got used to it! We were in town for a wedding at Monserrat winery and it was the perfect situation for us. Would definitely rent again."

"Michael and Jennifer were great communicators. House worked perfect for our family attending my son’s wedding at Monserrate winery venue. They allowed us to host a brunch for our out of town family and all the fun activities they had made it fun for all. Views are amazing!!"

"Pictures can’t do this place justice. Mike and Jen have a beautiful place with an amazing view to take in. Our stay couldn’t have been any better. Mike and Jen go out of their way to make sure their guests are taken care of and happy. We needed lawn chairs for a local event we were attending. I asked Mike if they had some we could use or rent. He said they didn’t have any, but not to worry, they would buy some and asked how many we needed. No charge, just brand new chairs to use. I’d call that great customer service! Hosts going above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay is definitely appreciated. If you’re looking at this place and considering booking it, just go ahead. You won’t regret it. We hope to come back soon."
