"This hotel is amazing! It's a historic property and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. We were able to park across the street in the public parking pretty easily. Our room was wonderful. The property was quiet for being right there in town and the beds were reasonable. The only thing odd that happened while we were staying there is one day after we'd been out touring we got back to the room to find the door propped wide open. There was no one there. It was late in the evening so it was really odd to find it that way. It's not like cleaning staff were there tidying up the room. We went down to the front desk to inquire about the door being propped open, but the front desk staff person just said she didn't do it and didn't offer any explanation. She also didn't look into it to find out why it had been like that. Luckily, everything seemed in order - none of our things had been taken or moved or tampered with. We're guessing that maybe the cleaning staff had it propped early in the day to clean it and just forgot and moved on?! Still, it would have been nice for the staff to investigate and come back to us with an answer as to what was going on there."

"My family stayed here for one night and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel and rooms are freshly refurbished, the air conditioning, wifi, and elevator worked well. There is still a minor aroma of paint smell on the first floor, hence we suggest booking a room on the second floor. Overall, it was a great experience."

"I had a wonderful stay. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They arranged for me to have a cab back to Nimes. The breakfast was lovely! The bread was even warm. Bed was comfortable and the property was really pretty. The couple that appears to run the hotel were really wonderful. Highly recommend!"

"Very nice property and very accommodating host Nathalie, who was extremely helpful at all times. Although amenities not exactly as described on website. Cons - Not all bedrooms had tv, hairdryers or coffee making facilities as advertised but this did not affect our short stay. The pool cover was broken so we could not cover the pool which meant the water was very cold. The web also states no hidden fees so I was a bit shocked to have to pay 200 euros on departure for household cleaning. Pros - Plenty of kitchen appliances, beautiful gardens and pool area with plenty of sun and shaded seating. Would definitely go back."

"Helpful staff in all areas reception and bar. Thev breakfast was a bit off as a coach party were in at 6:30 am and had cleaned it out by 7:15. Evening food ok but not as good as we have had at other Logis de France. Again the hotel seems aim at the coach party market. Hotel fabric was a bit tired and needs an upgrade, bath replaced by shower, USB charging points, electric car points in car park etc. One note was that the bath towels were very thin."
