"The room itself was clean and comfortable. I booked a room with a tub but this only had a shower. There were 3 of us but they only gave us 2 towels and 1 washcloth. The one set of doors in the lobby that lead to the rear parking lot were broken and you had to manually slide them open and shut. There were spots where the ceiling was leaking and buckets were catching the water. The doors to the pool and exercise room were broken. There were absolutely no towels in the pool room. "Overall, everything was excellent- we had a couple of minor hiccups but the staff was helpful. Our accessible room did not gabs the type of shower wand we needed, but the staff moved us to a a different room. The breakfast had a lot of options, but items were lukewarm and ran low. The place was also under renovation. My grandson enjoyed the pool and hot chocolate station. I would give them another chance. "
