Relax in this peaceful setting while only 5 minutes from town. View of the Cascade mountains out front, while the large upper back deck offers a country setting of horse pastures and beautiful sunsets. Back yard is fenced and offers a fire pit, lower covered deck with barbecue. The front asphalt driveway doubles as pickle ball court and there is additional parking area in adjacent gravel area. Four bedrooms sleeps 9 when bunk bed over full size bed is used, plus fold out couch for a 10th person. 5 minute drive to town, 9 minutes to Evergreen State Fair grounds and 75 minutes to Stevens Pass.

Great Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this house. We had 8 of us and a toddler. Plenty of space and family friendly. We came for a wedding, and had so much fun playing pickleball in our down time. Would recommend!

Marla was very good with communications. Unit was as described. Beautiful scenery in all directions. Master bedroom did have a minor damp smell when it rained, but was fine the rest of the time. Beds were all comfortable and plenty of blankets and pillows. The pickleball court was great between wedding events and plenty of room for our cars off the court. Would stay again if in the area.

Relaxing Stay
The property is as advertised. It was clean, well furnished, good functional space and well-apportioned kitchen. Back deck was nice place to visit. The back yard is fenced so good for pets to run around. Fire pit nice to gather around but a little dangerous with the way the bricks are laid out around it. Hosts very responsive in communication. Overall a nice place to relax or stay if you are in town for an event.

Simply Perfect!
This home was perfect for our family stay. Enough Queen/king beds for all couples. The children had wonderful accommodations, even the 1infant with us had a pack and play for sleeping. 3 full bathrooms was plenty for our large group. The split level design of the house made it easy to accommodate children downstairs either watching TV or playing, and adults were able to “adult” upstairs. We spent time on the deck and around the backyard fire ring. But, the pickleball court stole the show! It was a hit with adults and children alike. The 6 year old with us was quite proficient at volleying back and forth by the end of our stay! Everything you could possibly need, was supplied. It was comfortable and clean. You will not go wrong with a stay here-my guess is you will love it as much as we did!

Terrific property and location for family as we attended Monroe wedding, could easily accommodate 4 couples (we had only 2 couples) without feeling cramped. On site caretaker was a big plus and owners are very communicative about maintenance issues that we worked around and confusion about hot tub in listing.

Fantastic large house and great location
My son was getting married at Lord Hill Farm and I needed a house that could accommodate my large family and be close to the venue. This house checked all the boxes. was given the code and instructions early to check in. The host Maria was quick to respond to request and the house was ready upon arrival. The layout is great,with having both an upstairs and downstairs living room allowing the younger generation their own area from us older folks. Showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash, along with towels and make up towels. The pickleball court was an added bonus with paddles and balls available. The grounds are nicely maintained and looking at the neighbors horses was a nice backdrop for Outback. I would absolutely stay here again if I had another event in the area.

The house was outstanding! The AC was on when we arrived and the property owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We were greeted with a local watermelon on arrival. The neighborhood and the scenery were very relaxing, the Mountain View was majestic! The electric gate provided us with a sense of safety while the little ones “played” pickle ball. Like most rental houses the beds/mattresses could use some improvement. We really appreciated the close access to town and our family we were visiting. We didn’t us the downstairs but the house is plenty big for a larger group then the 4 of us. The fire pit and bbq are also wonderful amenities to have, maybe next time when we can stay a little longer! Thank you for having baby items and saving us the hassle of packing!

My family and bridesmaids stayed here for our wedding in Sultan and we LOVED it! Has everything we needed and more. Excellent bonfire spot to watch the meteor shower, equipped kitchen and a full extra kitchen downstairs. Plenty of sleeping room and comfortable beds. Loved using the pickle all court, the kids loved the strawberries out front and the little apples on the apple trees! Great location and amazing Mountain View’s from the living room and front yard. Lots of parking space, lots of fenced to keep kids safe. Just a wonderful experience for us. Owner was communicative and allowed me to get the address early so I could coordinate wedding travels. Much appreciated. Thank you thank you!

This home was perfect for our family. The house had plenty of space for us to spread out. The yard and views were amazing. Our kids loved playing Pickle Ball on the court. The on-site caretaker was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place in the country
Great home in the country, beautifully maintained yard and very well-kept home. The mini split upstairs was helpful in the heat, along with box fans to circulate air. Simply place the fans in front of screen door in the early morning to bring in cooler air. The power mini blinds were an unexpected bonus! We enjoyed the pickleball court and the wide-open spaces. You're not far from shopping or entertainment.

Very nice home for families
Our family of 7 recently stayed here for a wedding we were in town for. Overall it worked very well for us. However, the cleaning was a bit subpar-hence the four stars instead of five. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean, but the kitchen was not. The refrigerator and microwave had fingerprint smudges all over and there was quite a bit of non-perishable food left in the fridge which I thought was strange. The dining table was not cleaned off and there was what looked like cracker crumbs on the rug. Other than that, it was a great house-very well stocked with everything we needed. Nice fenced back yard and horses next door we talked to! We also enjoyed the pickle ball court out front.

Nice quiet property with lots of space
Rented this property for a weekend on a whim because our son wanted to get together to hike at Deception Pass. Plus visit with other family nearby. The property was what we needed and more. Communication with the host was easy, and Marla was very responsive. Definitely a thumbs up from us.
