There were roaches all in the room. We picked up something that dropped on the floor and picked it up, 5 roaches scurried out from behind the desk running all over. Not even water roaches, the small ones. The parking was ok, check in was smooth, room wasn't terrible but someone used the bathroom and left it, urine and toilet paper in the toilet.

The room was clean but there were no chairs. I realize it was a handicap room and more space needed for a wheelchair but there wasn't even a chair or table for anyone that may have been a caregiver. The lady at the desk was pleasant. When I went to get ice, the machine closest to our room didn't work so I went to the front desk and she directed me to the machine closes to the office. It was nice to be able to park near the room.

Room was fairly clean, but loud from last guest still on bathroom floor. Found long black wavy hairs in the bed, shower, and on floor. My son slept on top of the bed as the mattress looked dirty under the sheet. Shower was good. Toilet only flushed with tank lid off. TV menu has to be assessed from the unit, not the remote. Fridge was leaking into the floor and when we opened it, the freezer was full of a block of ice that needed defrosting, but it was a bigger fridge. Convenient to highway and dining. Check-in was interesting behind a thick plastic wall, but he was friendly. Area is very noisy with locals revving trucks all night, not their fault.

It was simple, but very clean & even though it's in a busy area, very quiet. Stayed there b/c price point & their pet policy. (Traveled with 2 dogs.) Appreciated the hard floors instead of carpet. Close to a ton of restaurants. My husband was initially skeptical about my choice but ultimately agreed it was a good choice of hotels. Will likely make this my preferred choice in Monroe moving forward. Would absolutely book there again.
