"I enjoyed my birthday getaway at Chateau Elan. Staff was friendly, room and campus very clean, very professional. I would definitely recommend them and would come back again. "

"My only observation was breakfast. The line was long and very slow and the food almost gone , even though still early (around 7:30), so by the time we got to be served there was not much variety of food and we could only choose one kind of drink, if I wanted juice I couldn’t have a coffee afterwards. But other than that everything was perfect. Staff were very nice and friendly. The shuttle’s crew very polite and on time every time."

Incredible decor, wonderful restaurants, rooms are everything you can hope for, rooftop bar / restaurant is a lovely place to be and the staff are all friendly, courteous and extremely professional. Hard to imagine there could be a better place to stay anywhere nearby. Just book it."

"No hot water to take a shower. They changed our room at 10pm but the other room had the same issue of no hot water, so it was a cold shower. The rooms are gross with cracks everywhere. The breakfast was horrible and I wasn't expecting much. Not the hotel I expected for a Hampton. "

" We originally booked two nights and we loved it and then we proceeded to book one more night We asked for clean sheets on the last night and never got them, shower gel and never got them and also towels and never got them. This happened on the last night we stayed there and we had no towels or clean sheets."

"Staff were very nice and efficient. The property was clean and I loved the colors. The rooms were nicely laid out and felt spacious. The lobby entrance is a little tricky; it isn't where you think it is, but that was just minor. Parking was ample and well-lit. I didn't check out the gym. We got in late, went to bed, and left early the next morning. They have a water filtration station (like in the airport) so nice that you can fill up your water bottle. Although we didn't eat breakfast, the options seemed nice enough for something quick. We will definitely stay there again. "
